Service Description
Part of our PreHAB / ReHAB Series Your movement begins at ground level—start with your feet. Each foot contains 26 bones and 33 joints, forming a complex and intelligent structure that supports every step you take. FETT FIRST is a foot-focused session that helps you restore mobility, stability, and responsiveness—building a more integrated and efficient foundation for movement. Through barefoot training, joint articulation, and sensory activation, we’ll explore toe mobility (especially the big toe’s role in balance and propulsion), improve arch integrity, and increase ankle flexibility and control. This class helps you reconnect with your natural gait and postural alignment while easing tension throughout the kinetic chain. Suitable for all levels—from those with limited mobility or injury recovery, to avid walkers and runners seeking better performance and long-term joint health. FETT FIRST empowers you to move with confidence, adaptability, and ease—from the ground up.
