Sunday 22nd August 12- 1.30pm Moving in Nature Special Event. Experience music with every detail, a full immersion of sound, with tracks chosen to enhance your sense of expansiveness in nature. Join us on a journey through dance where you can control the level of sound, where we can connect to each other, outdoors in nature, breathe in the fresh air, relax your gaze on the landscape, calm your nervous system and lift your spirits. Introducing our new 'silent disco' headsets. We have 15 places available on this workshop. There will be opportunity to take a walk and stay and chat afterwards.
