Resilience has three primary components:

2 Mental & emotional,
3 Neurological

Physical Resilience – The body’s ability to respond with adaptability, load tolerance, recovery  and durability over time. Mental & Emotional Resilience – The ability to  stay centered, adaptable, and resourceful in the face of stress, uncertainty, or emotional upheaval. Neurological Resilience – The capacity of the nervous system to regulate between states of activation and rest efficiently. A resilient nervous system doesn’t live in either high alert or deep collapse.
